Sylwia Marshall, PhD, is a senior biotechnology leader with over 15 years of industry experience advancing antibody-based therapeutics from preclinical research into early clinical development. She is currently a Senior Project Leader at LabGenius Therapeutics, an AI-driven antibody discovery company, where she leads a bispecific T-cell engager programme for the treatment of advanced cancer, progressing the asset from preclinical development into first-in-human Phase 1 studies. Previously, she held senior leadership roles at invoX Pharma and F-star Therapeutics, overseeing translational, biomarker, and preclinical safety strategies for bispecific immuno-oncology programmes through Phase 1–2 development.
