Shirley Peters is a Director of Antibody Engineering Solutions at UCB. With 20 years of industry experience, she remains energised by scientific discovery and by advancing therapeutic programmes that ultimately improve patients’ lives. She leads a team responsible for the optimal design of therapeutic antibodies, with recent work focused on bi‑ and multispecific antibody formats. In addition, she has a strong interest in FcR biology and Fc-mediated function.
