Arnaud Goepfert
Senior Scientific Advisor Ennovate Pharma
I am a structural biologist and protein engineer with 12 years of experience in biologics drug discovery across large pharmaceutical companies and biotech. After earning my PhD at the Biozentrum, University of Basel, I joined the Novartis Institutes for Biomedical Research as a Postdoctoral Fellow, focusing on the structural basis of IL-17 cytokine signaling and contributing to the development of small molecules and biologics to inhibit this pathway.
I then moved into the biotech sector. After two years at Galapagos, I joined Ichnos Glenmark Innovation, where I was instrumental in discovering multispecific antibodies for cancer immunotherapy, which led to the development of ISB2001 (a trispecific T-cell engager) and ISB1442 (a bispecific innate cell engager), both currently in Phase 1 trials. In 2022, I became part of Bright Peak Therapeutics, where I led the Protein Sciences team, focusing on engineering novel immunocytokines and contributing to BPT567, a first-in-class PD1-IL18 immunocytokine (Phase 1).
Since March 2026, I have served as an Entrepreneur in Residence at General Inception and as VP of Biologics Engineering at Ennovate Pharma, providing strategic and scientific guidance for developing multispecific antibodies targeting cancer and autoimmune diseases.
