Engineering Bispecifics for Solid Tumour Success to Maximise Penetration, Immune Engagement & Translational Impact

Solid tumours represent the next major frontier for bispecific antibody therapeutics, with significant unmet medical need and opportunities to expand efficacy beyond hematologic malignancies. This workshop will explore strategies to overcome the unique challenges of solid tumours, including physical barriers, heterogeneous target expression, and an immunosuppressive tumour microenvironment.
